Maggie Dulcio presents concepts centered around the necessary elements needed to maintain a healthy relationship and marriage. Also included are effective communication strategies and conflict resolution skills.

The book addresses the common stress that many married women experience, namely feeling like they have to do it all by themselves because they are married to an uninvolved husband. Speaking to this issue, Dulcio explores roles and responsibilities in the home and the impact of uninvolved husbands. The author offers practical advice for surviving the MSM phenomenon

Dulcio shares that she hopes her book helps readers learn: “Women play a special role in our society and the home. They can be strong, independent, and industrious. However, they will perform at their maximum potential when they have a partner who is supportive and engaged.”

Daily Tidbits For The Soul

Nourishing Verses to Fight Against Negative Thoughts

In this book, Maggie Dulcio addresses an important topic, negative thoughts. According to the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Model, events in our life steer our thoughts, which lead to our feelings than to our behavior. However, our thinking will often be a distortion of the fact. These distortions will often lead to negative emotions, which often cause mental disturbances such as depression and anxiety.

God created us for greatness and has beautiful plans for our life. God wants us to prosper and be at peace. At the same time, we have a real enemy. This enemy hates us and wants our demise. This enemy is the master of deceit, and he is Satan. He has no mercy and is strategic in his attacks. He is very aware of human nature and knows how to attack and cause the most significant damage. His deadliest weapon is to attack the mind.

In this book, Ms. Dulcio presents some of the common lies that the enemy injects in our thoughts and verses to fight against those deceptions.

Weekly Journal

The Daily Tidbits For The Soul Weekly Journal goes along well with the Daily Tidbits For The Soul devotional series. This journal can be used to keep track of life’s many adventures, develop a prayer list, and reflect on life. There is a section to keep track of weekly goals, to list the objectives of the week. There is a section for reflection. This section can be used to reflect on verses from the devotional or to problem solve. It’s an opportunity to have a self-dialogue and concentrate on finding solutions. Sometimes we forget some of the blessings in our life, writing down life’s blessings in the blessings section will help capture these events so that they are not easily forgotten.
